Stroopwafels

Our stroopwafels are made according to authentic baker's recipes, so that you can still taste the original stroopwafel from about a century ago, when the cookie made its stamp mark on the Dutch identity. Therefore we import our ingrediënts only from legitimate bakeries in Gouda , where the cookie has its origins. You simply just can’t beat the original!

Also we insist that every customer gets their stroopwafel as fresh as possible . We bake our stroopwafels directly from order so you can see it being made from dough to cookie . This, so that the quality of the cookie is preserved as best as possible, and you get the most warm and crispy stroopwafel there is.

And if your sugar cravings are still not fulfilled, then we also have the option to spice your stroopwafel up with our assortment of toppings. With our three flavours of chocolate and wide range of different toppings, no combination is too strange! Do you go for the classy dark chocolate with caramel? Maybe you let your inner child loose and go for the sweet white chocolate with marshmallows? Or perhaps you get tempted by the trends and you go for the Dubai pistache anyway? Gelato

If you already thought that there was no end to all those delicious treats, then we can already inform you that we aren’t even halfway! Beside our warm stroopwafels we namely also serve the most delicious gelato (at least in our opinion) in Delft. We only go for the best, and that is why our ice cream is of actual Italian quality. We import our ice cream from the Granucci family, an ice cream supplier that already keeps their traditional way of making gelato high for several years. Ever since 1935 Granucci made a name for itself by bringing a piece of Italy to the Netherlands, which even earned them in 1996 the De Coppa D’Oro price, the Oscar of the ice cream world. That kind of quality you just have to try!

Granucci insists on making the flavour of the gelato as authentic and pure as possible by only using natural ingrediënts . Their pistachio gelato is for instance only made from actual ground pistachio nuts and their fruit flavoured gelato only from genuine fresh fruit. They also use less cream in their ice cream, as it should be with actual gelato. This, so that the taste doesn’t get covered up by an excess use of cream, and you can taste the most refined flavours as never before.

For keeping our gelato cold, we make use of the pozzetti system. This is an advanced freezer system that can keep the gelato at perfect temperature, so the quality of it can be secured when served. And with ten containers to store the gelato, you are always guaranteed that there is an absolute gem of a flavour for you. We have for instance all the classics like; pistache, strawberry and vanilla. But also experimental flavours and all time favorites like; ricotta figs, white chocolate raspberry and, of course not to forget: stroopwafel gelato!!

Coffee

Met twee van zulke topproducten in ons assortiment kon de koffie natuurlijk niet achterblijven. Daarom hebben we in 2026 het roer omgegooid en de handen ineengeslagen met Steans Beans. Deze Amsterdamse branderij is uiterst bedreven in het selecteren en branden van de mooiste bonen uit Oost-Afrika. De kwaliteit spreekt voor zich: met een cupping score die start vanaf 86,5 valt hun koffie officieel in de categorie ‘zeer hoge kwaliteit specialty coffee’. Bij ons geniet u dus niet alleen van een voortreffelijk kopje koffie, maar doet u dat ook met een gerust hart

Steans Beans is a company from Amsterdam with a mission to do every coffee exchange directly in contact with the farmer, and through a transparent supply chain . This, so that the farmer gets a fair amount for the coffee and isn’t defenseless against the negative influences from big multinationals who control the coffee market. By bringing more certainty to these farmers there is more room to innovate and practice more sustainable ways of farming , also under the guard of Steans Beans. In this way Steans Beans hopes to create a coffee industry that respects both the environment and the people who grow it.

The coffee from Steans Beans gets mainly imported out of Afrikan areas , which is quite unusual given that nowadays a vast majority of all the coffee gets imported from Brazil. And since plants from different areas grow differently, this can give the coffee beans a little flavour difference contrary to what you may be used to. We see this, however, as something positive, since we can shine a light on this special mélange en mensen met meerdere smaken kennis kunnen laten maken.
