Who are we?
We are Martijn, Pepijn and Jouke, three young entrepreneurs who can call themselves since 2026 the proud owners of this charming little shop in the heart of Delft. After helping the previous owner to build up the franchise, we quickly discovered that we wanted more with this enterprise than just being an employee. And after putting our heads together, we can now proudly present to you the shop that it is today. A small to-go shop with the most tasteful gelato, steaming stroopwafels and delightful coffee, with a smiling business owner behind the counter. Because for us it is not only about the quality of our products, but especially the interaction with the customer which gives us the energy to keep operating this fantastic store and give you the best customer experience we can offer.
